🌟 A Day in the Life: Key Responsibilities
🖥️ Website Stewardship
- Keep the online store fast, beautiful, and error-free
- Update product listings, banners, and seasonal collections
- Monitor site health (speed, mobile UX, broken links)
- Liaise with the web host for upgrades & fixes—zero downtime is non-negotiable
🛍️ Customer Experience Champion
- Respond to emails/calls with patience and professionalism
- Resolve order issues—tracking delays, substitutions, returns
- Turn feedback into action (e.g., “Customers want swatch options—let’s test it!”)
📸 Visual Storyteller
- Photograph new arrivals in-store (yes—you’ll be behind the camera!)
- Edit images in Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom
- Design social banners, email headers, and promo graphics in Canva or Illustrator

📦 Order Orchestrator
