Gregory Cohen’s recipe
- 1 cucumber
- 200g Greek yoghurt 1 tablespoon crème fraîche
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 6 chopped mint leaves
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 turn of a pepper mill
Peel the cucumber, cut it in half, remove the seeds and grate it finely.
Remove as much water as possible by squeezing the cucumber in a colander
Peel and squeeze the garlic clove

Chop the mint very finely
In a bowl, combine the cucumber, yoghurt, crème fraîche, mint, garlic and olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper
It’s ready.
