Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry ready to bake
  • 3 boxes of natural Saupiquet mackerel fillets
  • 1 tablespoon chopped basil
  • 6 medium tomatoes
  • 50 g grated Emmental cheese
  • 15 g grated parmesan
  • 50 g cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato puree

Preheat the Thermostat 6 oven, then drain the mackerel fillets.
Unroll the puff pastry on the baking sheet, leaving the parchment paper, pierce it with a fork.

Mix cottage cheese, basil, mustard and tomato puree, then spread over the entire surface of the dough using a brush, and sprinkle with Emmental cheese.

Cut the tomatoes into thin rings and distribute harmoniously.

Crumble the mackerel fillets, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with parmesan and place in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, while ensuring that the preparation does not take on too much colour.
