Smorgasburg
The Smorgasburg sites at World Trade Center; Hester Flea; Prospect Park; Williamsburg, Brooklyn; and Jersey City, are welcoming dozens of new vendors. They include 2 Belize Girls, Bao Tea House, Bark Barbecue, Jerkin Chicken, Pies of Queens and Wild Yeti Food. A delivery system with Grubhub for some of the Smorgasburg participants is available.
Southold General
The chef John Fraser and his team at North Fork Table & Inn have opened this emporium and cafe in a white clapboard building nearby in Southold, N.Y. It features condiments, sauces, preserves and sweets made on the North Fork, some local produce, and sandwiches, salads, pizzas and baked goods from the kitchen of Brian Dancel. Pastries from François Payard are available at breakfast.

O by Kissaki
Kissaki, a Japanese restaurant that opened in NoHo in 2020, just before the pandemic, quickly expanded to other locations in Manhattan, and also to Queens, Greenwich, Conn., and Water Mill, N.Y. Now, it is enlarging its Hamptons footprint with this new restaurant. It will feature sushi, crudo and dishes seared on a robata grill. (Friday)

Cipriani at Home
Classics from various Cipriani restaurants, including baked tagliolini with mushrooms, eggplant parmigiana, shrimp with artichokes and veal al limone, are delivered by Uber Eats from an elegant food truck stationed on the Main Street of Southampton, N.Y. Pickup is available from the truck. Prices range from $12 to $35. Delivery is extra and within an eight-mile radius. The truck is open from noon to 9 p.m. daily through the fall.

Mother Duck
This is the new name that Jonathan Morr has given the Lower East Side noodle and rice bowl restaurant he opened in June as Lower East. The menu closely reflects that of Republic, the popular noodle restaurant he had in Union Square for many years.
