Preparation time: 12 minutes
Ingredients for 4 persons
2 large meringues or 4 to 6 small meringues
20g vanilla icing sugar or vanilla sugar
200g whole cream 35%
250g strawberries cut into quarters
1 tsp. icing sugar
100g strawberry puree
In a salad bowl, delicately mix strawberries and icing sugar.
In a second cold bowl, pour the cream and whisk it with the vanilla icing sugar and whipped cream. Add the broken meringues by hand and ¾ of the strawberries. Mix very gently with the Maryse.

Share in the glasses, place the rest of the strawberries and the strawberry puree on top. If you have some meringue left, crumble it.
