TUNL, a South African startup, secures funding to boost its e-commerce exports platform

South African E-commerce Startup TUNL Secures $1 Million in Seed Funding to Fuel Global Expansion.

South African e-commerce startup TUNL has raised $1 million in seed funding to help it expand its global reach and support South African businesses in exporting their products to international markets.

The funding round, which was led by Founders Factory Africa, Digital Africa Ventures, E4E Africa, and Jozi Angels, will allow TUNL to further develop its platform and reach more merchants, as well as expand its team to support its growing customer base.

TUNL’s platform provides South African merchants with a suite of tools to help them manage their exports, including a marketplace, shipping and logistics solutions, payment processing, and customer support. The platform is easy to use and provides merchants with a variety of features that make it easy to export their products to international markets.

The funding will also enable TUNL to develop new features that will further enhance the platform and make it even easier for South African businesses to export their products. These features include a language translation tool, a currency conversion tool, and a marketing and sales platform.

TUNL has already helped over 700 merchants export their products to 150 countries. With this funding, TUNL is well-positioned to take advantage of the growing demand for South African products overseas and become the leading platform for South African exports.

“We are confident that TUNL will play a key role in helping South African businesses reach new markets and grow their exports,” said Craig Lowman, co-founder and COO of TUNL.

The funding round is a significant vote of confidence in TUNL’s potential to revolutionize the way South African businesses export their products. With its strong team, proven track record, and well-funded backing, TUNL is well-positioned to become a major player in the global e-commerce landscape.
